200 Russell Hill is a boutique luxury residence in Toronto’s historic South Hill community, overlooking the Nordheimer Ravine. This five-storey development offers twenty-two expansive homes, combining contemporary architecture, refined detailing, and a uniquely private setting within one of the city’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.

Our team led the development, architectural design, and full construction management for the project, guiding it from early planning and municipal approvals through to final handover to the condo board. We worked closely with the consultants and design partners to ensure the building’s form, materiality, and interior character remained consistent with its high-end vision.

The site presented several notable challenges, particularly its ravine adjacency, heritage considerations, and complex geotechnical and stormwater requirements. Integrating these constraints demanded rigorous coordination with City staff and consultants, as well as thoughtful structural and landscape solutions.

Inside the building, large suites, bespoke millwork, and elevated service expectations required precise construction detailing and custom mechanical and acoustical strategies. Through careful management and technical discipline, our team delivered a residence that sets a new standard for luxury low-rise living in Toronto.
