Sunnycroft - Retirement Residence

Waterdown, Ontario

In Waterdown, Ontario, we led the architecture and development management of a proposed six-storey retirement residence overlooking the Niagara Escarpment. The 238,697 sq. ft. project includes 198 units and three levels of underground parking, requiring rezoning and coordination with the local conservation authority due to the site’s sensitive location.

Edgewater - Community

Port Carling, Ontario

Edgewater in Port Carling is a landmark waterfront development beside the historic Port Carling locks on Lake Muskoka. Our team guided the project through its final stages, providing oversight and technical direction to ensure design and quality were achieved. The result is a vibrant mixed-use community of luxury townhomes and commercial spaces.

Lakeshore - Mixed Use

Oakville, Ontario

42 Lakeshore Road West is a thoughtfully entitled 5-storey mixed-use development in the heart of Oakville. Our team acted as both developer and architect, guiding the project through planning, design, and entitlement approvals while respecting the site’s heritage character. Following approvals, the project was successfully sold at a profit.

200 Russell Hill Rd., Toronto, Ontario

Situated in Toronto’s distinguished Forest Hill community, 200 Russell Hill represents a fully integrated project delivered by our team across development, architectural design, and construction management. The building’s contemporary form, classic detailing, and generous ravine-side terraces reflect the high level of coordination and craftsmanship behind the work.

Heritage Pointe - Community

Calgary, Alberta

The Lake at Heritage Pointe is a master-planned community of 490 homes built around a 28-acre manmade lake in the Bow River Valley. Our team guided the project from planning through construction and builder management, ensuring strong design, coordination, and market delivery. The result is an amenity-rich neighbourhood with expansive views, connected green spaces, and a vibrant lakefront lifestyle that reflects our ability to create well-conceived, communities.

Waterdown Millview Residences is a refined mid-rise retirement condominium in the heart of Waterdown, Ontario. Our team supported the project through its development study, providing analysis, planning guidance, and design oversight to ensure feasibility and quality. The result is a thoughtfully designed community with accessible layouts, generous common spaces, and tailored amenities.

Harvard - University Housing

Guelph, Ontario

Harvard is a proposed 131-unit, 590-bed student housing development near the University of Guelph. Our team conducted a development study to evaluate density, building form, and financial feasibility, providing guidance on massing, unit mix, and community engagement. The study demonstrates our ability to create well-considered, market-ready concepts that balance design, context, and investment potential.

Highland Gate - Community

Aurora, Ontario

Highland Gate is a thoughtfully planned estate community in the heart of Aurora, integrating 159 homes, 114 condominium units, and a central public park. Our team helped guide the redevelopment with a focus on low-impact design, environmental protection, and minimizing disruption to existing residents. The result is a connected, park-focused neighbourhood that balances growth with stewardship, with the first phase complete and future phases now underway.
